This refund policy ("Refund Policy") is part of our Terms & Conditions (http://publishermedia.com/help/terms) and covers guidelines under which PublisherMedia.com ("PM") may issue refunds to those using the Site (PublisherMedia.com). By using the services offered by PM you are accepting this Refund Policy. If you are not in agreement with the Refund Policy please do not use the services offered by PM.
Initial Purchase of Trial
The first time you purchase advertising space via the Site or a PM publisher you are placed in a 14-Day "Trial" before the full subscription rate is billed. Before starting your Trial you must fully understand the details of the ad channel you are purchasing. This includes but is not limited to:
- The price and duration of the Trail.
- The price and duration of the Recurring subscription rate.
- The website in which you will be advertising on.
- Location of ad channel on the website.
- Number of ads being offered in that channel and if they rotate.
Trail refunds will be issued under the following circumstance(s):
- Website owner does not approve ad within 24 hours (happens automatically).
- Mistakenly purchased 2 ads in the same ad channel.
- Website owner changed or removed location of ad channel during duration of Trail.
Recurring Subscription Payments
Once the duration of the Trial period has expired advertisers will be billed at the subscription rate which will automatically renew monthly until canceled. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date. It is up to the advertiser to understand and stay aware of active subscriptions and when they will automatically renew.
Subscription refunds will be issued under the following circumstance(s):
- It was the first recurring payment of the subscription and request for refund was made within 24 hours of being billed.
- Website owner changed or removed location of ad channel.
Submitting Refund Considerations
When requesting consideration for a refund please email the following details to support@publishermedia.com
- ID # of the Ad
- The email address linked to the account
- Reason for requesting a refund
Once a request is received by our billing department you will receive a reply within 48 hours. Refunds are given at our discretion to those who meet the guidelines stated above. Nothing herein grants obligation by PM to grant a refund.
